One of the teams representing the North West Ambulance Service

This year being skippered by Matthew, a Paramedic with 20 years on the job.

Matthew first UKFSC was 2012, and has competed with London Ambulance Services and now North West Ambulance

Joining Matthew competing this year are several of his colleagues. Including Charlotte - A 5th year paramedic, Callum - Dispatcher for just over a year, John- another 20 year long serving Paramedic, Andrew - Lead HEMS Paramedic with 20 years and Ian - with 24 years of experience within the Ambulance Services.

Many of the team are new to UKFSC having had their first Championship last year. Some of the crew are even returning for their 10th plus event! They come from all walks of life, with many of them sailing from a young age, and they are all looking forward to some good racing and catching up with old friends and colleagues, and making new ones too!
