This year being skippered by
Gordon, representing Scotland Fire And Rescue Service

He is joined by other FRS staff from: Scotland, London, North Yorkshire and Nottingham

Gordon has been present at most of the UKFSC’s since its inception in 1999, only missing a few due to Covid. He has helmed and skippered many times and won a few trophies in the White Sail Category! This year they are competing in the Asymmetrical Spinnakers!

Being joined by Dave (Scotland), Terry (London), Steve, Roy Andy (North Yorkshire), and Jono and Mark (Nottinghamshire)

Gordon says ‘We are most definitely a team , we work hard on the water and make sure we support each other off the water’

‘The event is a fabulous team builder and a wonderful conduit to get new people into sailing , and many do come back, we have all made many friends over the years!’
